Double spiral carved on Jadeite

The double spiral is frequently used to depict balance. We can think of it as a holistic symbol, one that shows us that in order to know one’s true self, we must first accept all the elements that make use whole. That could be for example me as a man calling in the four archetypal characters of the king, warrior, magician and lover.
By doing this, I then have the potential to grow and better my self by deepening my understanding of what those four archetypes represent with in me. In turn this can then aid me in the unfolding of my potential.
