This piece of Prehistoric history is a 10,000 - 30,000 year old cave bear tooth originating from Romania. There is archeological evidence that early man could have worn similar adornments, making this necklace a bridge to our ancestral origins.
The cave bear teeth I work with are authentic, museum-quality fossils.

The necklace includes my signature 'lantern bead' - a Baltic amber bead sandwiched between 2 mammoth ivory beads - and a mammoth ivory toggle, all hand-carved and complete with hand-woven cordage.
