Ornate grizzly bear claw carved from 10,000 year old bog oak with mammoth ivory toggle.

I carve these pieces to be anatomically accurate first. Once I have revealed the claw hidden inside this ancient wood, then I go about finding the design which is best going to suit the character of the claw. This makes each one of these pendants individual and unique.
