Astral Key Pendant (hand carved Siberian jade necklace)

For thousands of years, humankind has been accessing altered states of consciousness. Even as far back as the Mesolithic period we have been exploring the mind's ability to shift and expand.
The lady of Bad Dürrenberg is one of the oldest burials found in central Germany. It was thought this lady was a shaman and could access altered states due to what we now know was a medical condition, but 9,000 years ago she would have been thought to have possessed a gift. Her grave was found to be highly decorated, a shaman's toolbox if you will, full of items she would have used and that she might of needed in the next life.

The idea behind this pendant was to act like a key, one that could assist you in unlocking the astral planes like shamans of the past and the artefacts found alongside them that they would have ones used in their work.
